I have always had a problem with the passing of time. This exploration is almost visceral for me.

This canvas explores what time does to the colors of our memory: some fade, others resist, all are transformed.

Successive layers create an archaeology of erosion. Each layer dialogues with what has been covered. What fades remains present — like the light we still perceive through closed eyes.

Melancholy lies not in loss, but in this coexistence: what persists and what fades, inseparable.
