Shipping Policy

Delivery areas
Artworks are delivered within mainland France and Corsica. For any other destination, in Europe or elsewhere, write to alina.schiau@gmail.com and you will receive a quote.

Packaging
Each artwork is packed by hand with protective materials suited to its size and fragility. It travels with its certificate of authenticity.

Shipping and delivery times
The artwork is shipped as soon as possible after payment is received, with tracking and insurance. Delivery takes 2 to 8 business days from shipment, and no more than 30 days from the order. An email confirms dispatch and provides the tracking number.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the size of the artwork and the destination. They are shown before the order is confirmed.

Deliveries outside the European Union
Any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

On receipt
Check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery person. In case of damage, record precise reservations with the carrier and inform Alina Schiau within 3 days, with photographs.
