Our most intimate experiences – emotions, memories, thoughts – never truly fade. They resonate far beyond their initial moment, leaving behind colored imprints that persist and transform over time.

In this series, Alina Schiau reveals how these inner echoes emerge in our visible reality. Her vertical bands come alive: they overlap, spill beyond their boundaries, creating stratifications that evoke the accumulation of time. Colors flow forth, intermingle, impregnate one another in a perpetual chromatic dialogue.

Each canvas captures a fragment of this infinite resonance – a suspended moment where the past whispers to the present, where memory crystallizes into color and blooms in shadow. Between what was and what remains, stretches an endless echo.
