Work from the series gazing at Us:
BULLSHIT is a reflection on our free will and what we choose to do with it.
We begin planning our lives as soon as we are able to think. We imagine it by drawing a route to follow that would go from point A to point B, with key stages: studies, work, couple, children, cats, house dogs. This cinematographic projection of our life is a vision of what must legitimately happen to us.
Later, when we realize that the plan does not necessarily go as planned, the idea of destiny is born from this imaginative delirium. Luck, bad luck, destiny are the names we give to forces, depending on whether they bring us closer to or further from our plan.
So many forces invented to deny the choices to be made, and to dominate events through our free will.
